This week, I’m going to pass the mic over to my colleague and go to guy for all things CX and design thinking Mr Shay Namdarian, who you might remember from episode #75 which was all about customer experience. Shay spent a decade consulting with the likes of EY and CapGemini before founding two successful fashion startups and joined Collective Campus a year ago to combine and leverage his talents working across big corporate and startups. In this episode, Shay’s going to share his thoughts on employee performance reviews, why they’re broken and what you can do to fix them.
